3. Shipping Fees & Discounts
Fees are calculated based on sofa size, weight, destination, and shipping method.

4. Order Tracking & Communication
  • Once your sofa ships, a tracking number and freight carrier link (e.g., UPS Freight, DHL Express) will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours.
  • For white-glove delivery, the carrier will contact you 2–3 days in advance to schedule a delivery window (3–4 hour slot) that fits your schedule.
  • Track your order via:

5. Shipping Issues (Damage/Loss/Delay)
Damaged Sofas
  • Inspect your sofa immediately upon delivery. If there is damage (e.g., torn fabric, broken frames, scratched legs), take photos of the packaging and damaged areas, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free replacement part, full sofa replacement, or full refund (at your choice) after verifying the damage with the carrier.
Lost Shipments
  • Report lost sofas within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) of shipment. We will trace the freight with the carrier and arrange a replacement or full refund once loss is confirmed.
Delayed Deliveries
  • If delivery exceeds the estimated time by 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), contact our support team—we will escalate the issue with the carrier and offer a $50 store credit as compensation (if delay is carrier-related).
6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
  • You are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country’s authorities. These fees are not included in your order total and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
  • We declare the actual product value (marked as "upholstered furniture") on all customs forms to comply with regulations. Failure to pay customs fees may result in sofa seizure or return (we are not liable for associated costs).
7. Returns & Exchanges Shipping
  • For eligible returns/exchanges (per our Return Policy):
